Grupo Cosimet Inmobiliaria commissioned KREAN to draft the plans, manage and assist in the contracting of the works for the refurbishment of the building located in the centre of Bilbao, at 20 General Concha Street.

Alhóndiga Residencia IV, a company owned by Grupo Cosimet, acquired the property, which also includes two basements at General Concha 22 and the ground floor with a mezzanine and part of a basement at Fernandez del Campo 25.

The building at Concha 20 has been refurbished and converted into a nursing home with a surface area of more than 5,500 m² and eight care floors and four communal areas, where the 69 rooms (59 single and 10 double) with adapted bathrooms are distributed. The maximum capacity is 79 residents.

IMQ IGURCO is the company responsible for its management. It is a unique building, previously used to house the corporate offices of EDP-Naturgas, and is classified as ‘Basic Protection, Level C’ in the Bilbao General Urban Development Plan.

The Fernández del Campo premises have been converted into a medical clinic that will be managed by IMQ.
