KREAN has drawn up the basic and detailed design for the new start-up building at the Mubil Business Park in Eskuzaitzeta, Donostia-San Sebastián.

Having obtained the planning permission at the end of May and following approval and endorsement by the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, the works will be put out to tender with the aim of commencing construction by the end of the year. The new 4,500 m² building will be used to house growth-stage companies requiring R&D laboratories and technical testing facilities to scale up their solutions for the global market.

In 2025, the Department of Economic Promotion and Strategic Projects of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa launched a public tender for the design and construction management of a new office building at the MUBIL Hub, building on the various developments currently underway at the MUBIL Centre for Smart and Sustainable Mobility.
