After being awarded the tender in 2023 for the projects and project management for the refurbishment and interior refurbishment of AZTI's headquarters in Gipuzkoa, located in Pasaia, and in Bizkaia, located in Derio and Sukarrieta, KREAN has completed the work on the first of these, the one in Pasaia.

The aim is to homogenise the image of the headquarters, modernise the facilities, furniture, equipment and services, as well as rearrange the work spaces in response to current needs.

The work at the Pasaia headquarters was carried out in 6 months, starting in November last year and inaugurated in April, to great acclaim from AZTI employees.

The workspaces have been transformed, creating more open, collaborative and innovative spaces that promote and favour relations between workers, improving working conditions and the performance of the equipment and facilities, adapting them to the new needs.

The tender for the construction work at the Sukarrieta headquarters will be launched soon and it is hoped to be able to start refurbishing it in the autumn of this year.
