Winning proposal of the tender called by Viviendas Municipales (VVMM) and Visesa for plots 80D (126 SOCIAL HOUSING) and 80C (160 SHELTERED HOUSING) in Amezola, Bilbao.

From the tender awarded by VVMM, the first Phase corresponding to the 66 ADAs and all the basements with the 160 plots for vehicles is being executed in anticipation of a future Phase 2 to complete the building.

Phase 1 consists of 8 floors above ground in addition to the 3 basements:

• Ground Floor with two pedestrian accesses from the interior plaza, and a third from c/ Andrés Isasi. Vehicle access is from the same street.
• 6 elevated floors.
• 7th floor recessed, generating a large terrace which is accessed from the txoko (common space).
• 8th floor where the urban orchards are located, with a vocation of social cohesion and environmental conservation, also accessible to all users and which are new spaces to enjoy the city.  In addition, here are also located the common heating facilities.
