KREAN has carried out the preliminary design and the activity and execution projects and is going to start the first phase of the construction of the new ULMA Packaging industrial plant on plot P.1.3. of the A.U.II.12 Munazategi in Oñati, Gipuzkoa.

The building as a whole in this first phase, of 9,823 m² constructed, is made up of two floors and three differentiated volumes, a main volume of 8,500 m² which corresponds to the manufacturing and assembly area and two smaller volumes, one for offices and changing rooms and the other for technical premises and other auxiliary uses, which are attached to the main volume on the north-east and south-west sides respectively.
