KREAN is responsible for the project and project management of the ESL2 building, a business incubator and headquarters of the Garaia Innovation Park.

It is an emblematic building that houses the central offices of the Garaia Innovation Park and a series of modules designed to accommodate the R&D&I units of companies. It is divided into two parallel rectangular structures connected by a central structure.

KREAN is also responsible for the design, planning and urban management, as well as the urbanisation, signage and image of the Garaia Innovation Park, and for the design and construction management of the Innovation Centre-Living Lab building.
