KREAN sponsors the First Lego Ligue FLL EUSKADI-MONDRAGÓN

The Basque Country final of the First Lego Ligue was held last Saturday, 2 March, and the national final will be held on 16 March in Alicante. This year, more than 300 students from 11 schools in Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia worked on how to use technology and creativity to share hobbies. A total of 37 teams took part: 17 in the Explore category (from 6 to 9 years old), and 20 in the College category (from 10 to 16 years old).

Edurobotic Synthesis from Portugalete and WinnBot from Markina-Xemein are the teams that have won the FLL Euskadi-MONDRAGON tournament in the grand final that was held throughout the morning at the Iturripe headquarters of Mondragon Unibertsitatea. These two teams will therefore be the ones to go to the state final to be held on 16 March in Alicante. From there, then, will come the qualifiers for the international final to be held between 17 and 20 April in Houston (USA).

Joxé Oleaga, Architect and Director of the Arrasate Office, has presented the KREAN Award for Engineering Excellence to "Edurobotic Energy, Edurobotic", from Portugalete.
