The scope of the work commissioned by EITB MEDIA to KREAN has been the drafting of the project and, more recently, the works direction of phases 0 and 1 of the extension and renovation of the EITB headquarters in Miramon, Donostia-San Sebastián. The architecture studio VICENS+RAMOS has collaborated on the architectural proposal.

The project describes the refurbishment and extension of the EITB building in different areas, giving it a new image and functionally reorganising its activity to adapt it to current needs and requirements. An important point is the creation of a unified image based mainly on the concept of a highly efficient and functional ‘flexible landscape’, respecting criteria of sustainability, energy efficiency and the use of natural light. The work is planned to be carried out in three phases, covering a total of approximately 13,700 m².

Work on the first two phases will begin this year and will cover 7,000 m² of the building.
