Huhezi has once again entrusted KREAN with the design, project management and construction of the extension of the audiovisual communication faculty facilities in Aretxabaleta, Gipuzkoa, a complex conceived as more than just a place of learning.

The original building housed the former offices of the Tubos Metálicos de Precisión-TMP factory, which was refurbished by KREAN in 2012 and converted into a faculty. Attached to this building, a new building of approximately 600 m² has been constructed on two levels. The ground floor has a high-performance multi-purpose hall, where special attention has been paid to stage lighting and acoustics. On the first floor, a collaborative space has been created for the university community and former students to cultivate ideas for new activities. The extension of this space stands out, with the façade windows opening fully to incorporate a large terrace.
