1st prize in an architectural competition organized by VISESA and VIVIENDAS MUNICIPALES DE BILBAO.

The proposal suggests an expressive play of volumes defined by the facade courtyards, which is reinforced by confronting colors and textures between recessed and frontal planes.

The ISO 14.006 -Eco-design methodology is applied.
