The terms of this Privacy Policy are applicable in the same way to all the companies of the KREAN GROUP, understood as all the companies in which KREAN S.COOP. or any of its subsidiaries has a majority shareholding. In all cases, the responsible entity shall be properly identified at the time the data is collected.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2026 and Organic Law 3/2018, dated 5 December, on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that the personal data that you provide us with and those that are generated during the course of our relationship with you are processed for the following purposes:

  • to respond to your requests

  • to provide you with information about the products and services of KREAN S.COOP, consenting to the sending of commercial communications by e-mail or by any other equivalent means of electronic communication (such as SMS) that you have provided us with.

  • If you send us a Curriculum Vitae, your application will be evaluated in the recruitment process. In this case, you must indicate the KREAN S.COOP centre(s) in which you would like to work.

  • The sending of communications by any means that you have provided us with, related to the activities carried out by the entity and which may be of interest to you.

  • Responding to queries, complaints and suggestions, and conducting all types of communication activities.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The personal data provided shall be kept for as long as its deletion is not requested by the person concerned, or whoever legally acts as his or her legal representative, and for as long as it is necessary, including the need to keep it for the applicable statutory limitation periods, or is relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or registered.

Storage of the data will be conditional upon KREAN S.COOP's legal obligation to retain them. Once these periods have expired, the data will be destroyed or erased, and the deletion, elimination or destruction will be performed in such a way that the information contained in the data carriers cannot be recovered.

In particular, it is noted that for the management of job applications, your data will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years.

WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The legitimate basis for the processing of your data is the consent given by the person concerned. This is obtained expressly and unequivocally by the completion and, where appropriate, sending of the paper or electronic documents and forms in which your data are collected. All of the entity's documents, which are used to collect data for the different uses, contain informative clauses in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations and consent is given expressly by the data subject's signature, or by submitting the forms that exist on the website.

KREAN S.COOP is also entitled to process your data in order to comply with the legal obligations to which it is subject and for the satisfaction of legitimate interests, provided that the interests or fundamental rights of the persons concerned do not prevail over these.

TO WHOM WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE DISCLOSED?

As a consequence of managing the authorised purposes, your data may be communicated to entities or persons directly related to KREAN S.COOP, which form part of its group of companies and with the services provided by the same. The aforementioned entities act as transferees, in particular in personnel selection processes, and it is therefore understood that the interested parties give their consent for the various processing operations to each and every one of the aforementioned companies.

Furthermore, your personal information will be made available to Public Authorities, Judges and Courts, for the handling of possible liabilities arising from the processing and provided that these transfers are covered by the law.

Your data will not be transferred to any other entity without your consent, except for the transfers provided for by law. To this end, your express consent will be requested for the transfer of your data to any other entity.

No international transfers of data are foreseen outside the European Union or to entities that do not comply with the data protection standards set out in EU Regulation 679/2016.

WHAT CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED BY KREAN S.COOP?

KREAN S.COOP will process the data you provide us with, which may include the following categories:

  • Academic and professional data
  • Employment details data
  • Economic, financial and insurance data
  • Commercial information
  • Internet browsing data (e.g. IP address, web page visits, wifi network connections, etc.).

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not KREAN S.COOP processes their personal data.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data and to obtain a copy of the personal data being processed, to update them, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. KREAN S.COOP shall cease to process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or in the exercise or defence of possible claims.

Also, in certain circumstances, provided for in Article 18 GDPR, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case KREAN S.COOP will process them, with the exception of their storage, with the consent of the data subject or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest to the European Union or to a specific Member State.

If applicable, as a consequence of the application of the right to erasure or objection to the processing of personal data in the online environment, data subjects have the right to be forgotten according to the case law of the EU Court of Justice.

Under the right to portability, data subjects have the right to obtain the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.

Every data subject has the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or significantly affects him or her in a similar way, subject to the exceptions provided for in Article 22.1 GDPR.

The data subject has the right to the erasure of his or her data, due to the disappearance of the purpose for which the data was processed or collected, due to revocation of consent when this is what legitimises the processing, or for the other reasons contained in article 17 of the GDPR. The deletion will be carried out by proceeding to the high-level erasure of the data contained in automated formats and the physical destruction of the non-automated formats.

The data subject may also withdraw the consent given at any time.
